Okay, I realize it’s still Tuesday night, but just in case you need some time to work on this, I thought I’d post it as soon as the Tuesday give-away was done. So how can you win a pair of passes for Toronto Festival of Beer? Simple.

Now, I’ll accept any old picture, but the best three get a pair of passes to Queer Beer Fest, on Thursday evening. Choosing the winners is totally my choice and is subjective and arbitrary as hell. Sorry, but my game, my rules.
So, what can you do to ensure you win? Well, I think you all know I like craft beer. Including craft beer is a good thing. I also like good beer bars, so the subject of your picture being in and around one of those wouldn’t be bad either. I like people enjoying craft beer, so that could factor in. I also like dogs, good food, beaches and Star Trek. I swear, if you can add those four things to a picture including all of the first three things, you’ll almost definitely win. I also like surprises, so if you have an idea, that you think is hella awesome, go right ahead. I’m totally open to PhotoShopping too, but be warned, if you’re going to do it, do it well. Cuts should be feathered, colours should be reasonable, etc.
So get your InstraGram planned out, or snap a picture on an old fashioned digital camera, or expose some film, develop it, scan the negative, save it digitally, resize it, and save it as a .jpg, then upload that to Twitter. Whatever your little heart desires.
This is a Hasselblad. If you use one of these, your odds are very good indeed.
All tweets must be up by midnight tomorrow (Wednesday July 25th). Please note, if you win you will need to arrange picking the passes up on Thursday, in the Beach (Queen and Woodbine). I will be around from 11am until 4pm, or you can get them at Castro’s Lounge between 3pm and whenever you plan on heading down (you will need to provide a piece of photo ID to get the passes at the bar). You can only win one set of passes per year, so if you won the trivia, (I see you Grant), you can’t win these passes. Mind you, you can still feel free to enter a picture, if you would like! Also worth mentioning, I’ll be posting the winning photos here on the blog, with your twitter username. You need to be cool with this. There is probably some legal junk that I should say about you retaining ownership blah blah blah, but screw it. Imma post the pics here, and you can do whatever you want with them in addition to that.
