Job Description
We are growing rapidly from a small microbrewery and water bottling company and we need someone that has been through this type of expansion before and knows how to take a microbrewery or water company to the next level. The position will report to the Company President and will be responsible for overseeing and managing all departments in the brewery including brewhouse, packaging, production planning, shipping/receiving, QC laboratory and maintenance. The desired candidate will have excellent organizational, planning and management skills, and must work well with others. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in all areas of brewery operations, or other beverage manufacturing operations.

Qualification
Dedicated and proven leader able to work hands-on and closely with all business functions. 5+ years’ experience in a high production microbrewery environment with minimum 2 years experience. Experience in water, juice or other beverage manufacturing would also be beneficial. High energy required. Independent thinking, strong organizational skills and planning abilities, as well as excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential.
