I don’t care how good your French toast is, I’m not lining up for it, but I would line up for the Burst mimosa brut IPA from my friends at @leftfieldbrewery. Super dry, with gooseberry/sauv blanc fruitiness, as well as juicy citrus. Super soft mouthfeel, and a smooth, lingering tart finish. Just fantastic. In the fridge (with a stack of other good options) in the taproom on Wagstaff right now. Stop by on your way home from brunch 😉 .
