Spending some time this weird weather day with this beauty from @sawdustcitybeer. Adaptation is a dry-hopped kölsch —I’m assuming just dry-hopping their original gateway kölsch— with Idaho 7. Super clean and crisp, with a huge shot of papaya and guava, and some dank piney goodness. Quick clean dry finish, and a prickly carbonation makes this pretty crushable. Adaptation could be the ideal dockside or lawnmower beer for the hop-heads out there. This one is going to make some sweet love to your shrimp satays, especially if you like your sweet chilli sauce on the spicy side. I’d love to see more of this, or other adaptions with different hops. Such a tasty beer. .
